Photon Energy N.V. has been dually listed on the Free Market of the Prague Stock Exchange and trading in its shares starts today. The company owns and operates solar power plants and offers solar plant services. The shares are already listed in Warsaw, with their price of PLN 0.7 (CZK 4.4), market capitalisation of PLN 44.4m (CZK 280m) and an average daily volume of PLN 9.5 thousand (CZK 60 thousand). Free float is only 10%. The company achieved revenues of EUR 13.3m, EBITDA of EUR 6.2m in 2015.
